Returns and Exchanges
If it doesn’t fit or you don’t love it, you have 30 days to send it back to us. The customer must cover return delivery costs, unless the goods are faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable.The goods must be unused, unworn with original tags still attached and in it's original packaging. The goods must be in a suitable condition for Zeneda Sports to resell them. To return shoes, they must be in original branded cardboard box. Please wear socks when you try on your shoes and use a carpet to walk on, as we are unable to accept shoes with scratched or dirty soles.
After a refund that has been approved by Zeneda Sports, we will pay a credit into the account from where it was paid. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for the processing of the payment into your credit card or PayPal account.

Return of Damaged Goods
Please contact us within 3 days if you have received goods that are damaged or faulty, so we can assess the issue and arrange for the goods to be returned to us for replacement.
