Australia Post eParcel Delivery

We will email you a consignment number to track your parcel immediately after we have despatched your goods. Most orders are despatched by Australia Post, Australia Post Express, within 2 business days from receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We strongly suggest you use a business address, as WE DO NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. If there is no one at home to accept your goods the Australia Post will put a card in your letterbox so you can arrange to pick up your parcel at your nearest Post Office

You can also register with Australia Post before placing your order to take advantage of their 24/7 Parcel Lockers. We also deliver to PO Boxes.

If you live in an area that Australia Post or our couriers don't deliver to, we will contact you immediately to give you a full refund.

  • Melbourne city & suburbs 2-3 days
  • Brisbane city, Gold Coast & suburbs 2-3 days
  • Adelaide city & suburbs 3-4 days
  • Cairns & Rockhampton 5-7 days
  • Hobart & Launceston Tasmania 5-7 days
  • Perth city & suburbs 5-7 days
  • Darwin city & suburbs 7-10 days
  • Outer city rural areas may take a day or so longer for delivery.

We offer EXPRESS POST through Australia Post on standard sized orders to capital cities (excludes bulky items).

Express Post offers - Next Business Day Delivery to Capital Cities on standard sized orders. Excludes most Bulky Items.

If you live in an area that is poorly serviced by Australia Post we may not be able to deliver to you and won’t proceed with your order. We will immediately send you an email to confirm this situation and organise a refund.
